Rick Riordan is a big deal in young adult genre. His Series Percy Jackson and the Olympians reached mythological proportions. So, coming up with a Series that "is sort of the same but then again it is not, so you should definitely check it out" it's not the easiest task in the world. Riordan managed to do a pretty decent job. He created three interesting characters with Jason, Leo and Piper. The books are packed with action and humor and the pages fly by.
