Ender's Shadow Audiobooks

Orson Scott Card is a great writer. Everyone knows that. But even to great masters, writing a parallel story to Ender's Game cannot be considered easy. Even for Card. It's easy to assume that is going to look like a copycat but that's just not how the story went. Orson Scott Card is a great author, remember? With the Ender's Shadow he manages to make his vision more vivid, with more nuances and that is something to be grateful for. A talent like Orson Scott Card does not grow on trees. In Ender's Shadow we follow Bean as he wrestles through the days in a though world moving forward not by muscle power but using his brain. That's how he gets to Battle School and prepares himself for the future alien invasion. Only one little think about that, it's not going to be a future alien invasion, the future has just arrived!

Napoleon Hill is also known as the "grand daddy of personal-success literature". With the help of Andrew Carneggie (that Hill met because of a series of articles about successful men). Andrew Carneggie thought it would make sense to talk to the most successful men of the time to see how they thought it was possible to achieve success. With the connections of Carnegie, Napoleon Hill talked to the most influential people in the US at the time. Names like Henry Ford, Alexander Graham Bell, Elmer R. Gates, Thomas Edison, and Luther Burbank. The book that made him an icon and that is one of the books with more sales of all time (more than 20 million in 1970) is "Think and Grow Rich". One of his most famous expressions is "What the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve".

C.S. Lewis created a memorable series with Chronicles of Narnia. For people who didn't know it, the movies helped bring the spotlight to these children's books so many adults like to re-read. Such long lasting effect almost always has to do with fantasy and this series is no exception. Chronicles of Narnia follows the adventures of four children in their many travels to Narnia where they are more than just children and everything is far more than it seems.
